The plain-English version

Payment is taken on a secure hosted checkout page when you place your order. We accept major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash App Pay. Your card details go directly to our payment processor and are never seen or stored by us.

Your order is confirmed by email as soon as the payment clears. If a piece turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we cancel that line and refund it in full — the rest of the order still ships.

Every listing shows the current price and, where we count it, how many we have on hand. If the count reaches zero the piece is marked sold out and cannot be added to a bag until we restock.

We keep the catalogue tight and update it often. If you see something you like and it sells out, call us — we can usually tell you when more is coming.

Flat $6.99 shipping on orders under $75, and flat $3.99 on orders of $75 or more. The threshold is measured on the merchandise subtotal, before shipping and tax. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery for a return or exchange. Pieces must be unused and in their original packaging — for hygiene reasons, lashes and opened adhesive products cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us and we will make it right. Reach us on the phone number below and we will deal with it personally.

We use the details you give us at checkout to process and deliver your order, and to contact you about it. If you send us a message, we use your contact details only to answer you.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing messages you did not ask for.
